Adrian Bellani, born April 8, 1983 in Florida
Bellani was born in Miami of Italian and Salvadoran descent, and moved to El Salvador with his family. He received his schooling at the American School of El Salvador (Escuela Americana) and later studied finance at SMU (Southern Methodist University). He is most recognizable as being the second actor to play the role of Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald (a role originated in 1999 by Jesse Metcalfe of Desperate Housewives) on the NBC daytime drama, Passions.
Bellani spent his youth in El Salvador where he competed internationally in volleyball and equestrian competitions, as well as modeling. After graduating from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Finance, Bellani segued into the rigors of training and auditioning as an actor. He soon booked a worldwide Pepsi commercial opposite Christina Aguilera.
In 2006, People en Espanol Magazine voted him to be one of the 25 hottest Latin bachelors in the world. In 2007, Bellani appeared with co-star Heidi Mueller on The Tyra Banks Show to help host Tyra through "soap opera school".
Bellani currently resides in the Los Angeles yet remains extremely close with his family and visits them often in San Salvador.
