PADRES Contra El Cáncer AND ABC7 TO HOST EASTER CELEBRATION FOR CHILDREN WITH CANCER AND THEIR FAMILIES

What:

ANNUAL PADRES EASTER CELEBRATION

PADRES Contra El Cáncer will be hosting its annual Easter Celebration for the benefit of families whose children are undergoing treatment for cancer at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), Childrens Hospital Orange County (CHOC) and other southern California pediatric cancer centers. More than 350 persons are expected to take part in this special celebration, to include games, food, arts & crafts, game booths and entertainment. Attendees will include pediatric cancer patients; their families; CHLA doctors and nurses; PADRES Contra El Cáncer Directors, Staff & Volunteers; and special celebrity guests.

Who:

PADRES CONTRA EL CÁNCER and ABC7, who will host the PADRES Annual Easter Celebration at the ABC7 Broadcast Center. Entertainment to be provided by: Stilt Walkers; the Easter Bunny; ESPERANZA - PADRES Contra El Cáncer’s HOPE character.  

When:

SATURDAY, MARCH 15, 2008
NOON – 4:00 PM (Registration begins at 11:00 A.M.)
